Where can I buy your books?

All of my books except for my taboo books will be available for purchase on Amazon! My taboo books will be available on Smashwords and Eden Books. All links for purchasing my books can be found in the Books tab of this website. For my lovely readers in Florida, Bookish Boutique in Panama City is carrying Prohibited as of February, 2025!

Why don't you have social media?

Technically, I have a Bluesky account that I'm allowing to languish. I don't care for discourse based apps because they have a way of taking up my entire day and I'd frankly rather be writing, lol. I'm holding out for Flashes, the Bluesky answer to Instagram that they currently have in development. As for why I don't have TikTok and Meta, the answer is that I did. But both of these platforms have demonstrated a rapid and unapologetic shift toward fascist values since the new administration has taken office. These choices leave me extremely concerned as to the future of freedom of speech on these social media platforms, and therefore I have chosen to remove myself from them. This is an extremely difficult decision for me as an indie author, as social media can be such an essential tool for communication with readers and colleagues, but I am instead reinvesting my time in creating direct connections with the romance community that cannot be interfered with by social media algorithms and censorship.

When is your next book coming out?

I don't have a release date yet, but it will be in the next few months. I am currently working on the second book in the Tulsa City Sinners series and dark fantasy romance! I will be making announcements and offering sneak peaks regarding these projects in my newsletter, so make sure to sign up! (You also get a free eBook as my newsletter subscriber, so stop by the home page to get your copy!)

Will you ARC my book?

I'm afraid it isn't possible for me to take on the responsibility for ARCing any books in the foreseeable future. As much as I would love to be of help to you in that way, I have chronic health issues that make it difficult enough for me to handle my own workload. I hate agreeing to do things like that for people and having to let them down because these things can be so unpredictable. However, I am happy to give your book a shoutout in my newsletter, so please subscribe and contact me about sharing your book with my subscribers!

Will you read/beta my unpublished manuscript?

I am not able to do that, not only for the reasons listed above, but also because of the potential liability that this places on me as an author. I do wish you the best and hope you find someone to beta read your manuscript!

Do you only write dark and taboo romance?

Currently, the books I have published are DR but I am not interested in limiting myself to one type of love story and am keeping myself open to writing other types of romance in the future.

That being said, I am very passionate about dark romance as an author and a reader. Not only because I obviously enjoy the genre, myself, but because I believe wholeheartedly in supporting women/queer individuals in their sexual fantasies and their emotional needs when it comes to reading. I believe it is anti-intellectual and anti-feminist to suggest that dark romance "supports rape culture" and that women/queer individuals cannot distinguish fantasy from reality. You can read a more detailed breakdown of my thoughts on the subject here.

Welcome to my home. Come and go as you please, but leave something of the happiness you bring.
